Direct transfer
(www.sofort-ueberweisung.de) is a secure payment option offered by the Payment Network AG, which has been certified by the German safety standards authority, TÜV. If you would like to pay using direct transfer, you only need to enter your Online-Banking information, i.e. for ordinary bank connections, your PIN and TAN data. The system will fill out the rest for you.
Direct transfer is not only free to you as a buyer, but also brings with it some additional advantages: You can immediately carry out the payment of your product at the end of your order without having to visit your bank’s webpage and without having to enter your order data. The time between your order and delivery may also be shortened, because depending on the credit evaluation of the buyer, the shipment of goods in stock can happen either immediately or within two working days.

An insurance policy is also connected to the security concept. Under this policy the buyer is insured for up to 5000 euros per individual order, i.e. per transaction. You can find further details to the direct transfer insurance policy here.
Cash on delivery
You can also order your desired product via COD (cash on delivery). In this case, the postman will deliver the product in exchange for the full cash payment of the invoice plus the collection fee. The advantage of a COD delivery is the speed in which you can receive your product, because we can ship the product immediately to you without waiting for your payment. The disadvantage is the relatively high shipping expenses, because in addition to the normal shipping and handling fee there is an additional 4.28 EUR COD fee + 2 EUR collection fee.
Advance payment
If you order your product from our on-line shop and choose the advance payment option, you will receive an email with the necessary payment information. You then simply need to transfer the invoice amount to the provided checking account. After receiving your payment we will ship your product to you. For our Austrian customers we have also provided an Austrian checking account to simplify the payment of your products.
PAYPAL
In order to make a payment using PayPal you must be in the possession of a valid PayPal account. This payment service is a subsidiary of the auction platform EBAY. The payment occurs fast and simply through the input of your e-mail address and your personal PayPal password.
PayPal has become one of the most popular payment methods in on-line trading and is accepted from thousands of on-line shops worldwide. Once you are registered at PayPal, your PayPal account can be funded with an electronic debit from your bank account or by a credit card. In addition a PayPal account can be charged like a mobile phone Prepaid card via bank transfer.
The advantage of a PayPal payment is that the payment information is checked immediately and the transaction is immediately released. This means we can ship your product directly and must not wait to receive your payment.
Additionally buyers and sellers are protected against cases of fraud for up to 500 euros in merchandise value. Racing planet has been a verified PayPal account holder since 2002. You can find further information online under http://www.paypal.de.
Credit card
We accept Mastercard and VISA. Our shop uses the 3D-Secure security standard. Your credit card information is not stored on our server, but will be transferred in a coded form directly to the appropriate financial institute. This procedure guarantees the highest possible data protection for your sensitive credit card data.
Automatic debit transfer – Bank collection
Automatic debit transfer is possible for all german distributors registered with us. This payment method is unfortunately not available for our ultimate customers. |
